Delivery Information

This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Price’s Patent Candles Ltd., the owner(s) of this Web Site. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Web Site immediately. No part of this Web Site is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon our sending a dispatch email to you indicating that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.


  • Delivery should be 3-5 working days from point of order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving them and orders may take up to 5 working days for delivery.

    Please note that we are not open on weekends or public holidays.

    Your order will be delivered by Parcelforce or Royal Mail. Depending of the information you supply Parcelforce may use your mobile number or landline to send you text alerts or automated telephone call, to advise day and time of your delivery. They may also email you a tracking number which you can track your parcel using the Parcelforce website. This is a service that Parcelforce provides and which we feel is of benefit to you but do not have any control over.

    Our standard UK Mainland delivery cost is £5.50, or spend over £40 for free delivery.

    Surcharges may be applied for items that are particularly large or heavy and if any such surcharges apply you will be notified and your order will not be processed until you accept those charges.

  • For delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands/Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Isle of White.

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving them and orders typically take up to 7-10 working days for delivery, however this may take longer.

    Please note that we are not open on weekends or public holidays.

    Your order will be delivered by Parcelforce and you maybe able to track your order via the Parcelforce website using the tracking number Parcelforce provide you.

    Your delivery will require a signature so please ensure someone is available to sign.

    Our standard UK Offshore delivery cost is £9.75 or £11.75 depending on your location, or spend over £40 for free delivery.

    Please be aware that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, any further information can be provided by your local customs office.

  • If you have purchased our products from the website would like to return items due to change of mind, or you have received incorrect or damaged items please contact us as soon as possible. This applies only to direct purchases made from Price’s Patent Candles Ltd.

    You will need to return items to us that you wish to cancel at your own cost. Once you let us know you would like to cancel, we can advise you on how to return the products.

    If you’re returning the entire order and you have paid for delivery, we will refund the cost of Standard Delivery to your country. If you are returning only part of your order, any delivery charge you paid won’t be refunded.

    The products you return must be unused and in their original condition.

    We will do our best to accept all returns but it is your responsibility to ensure that our products are packed well enough that they will arrive safely and undamaged. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. If this happens we will not issue a refund. If we do not receive the items back, we cannot issue a refund.

    We are unable to accept any returns not purchased directly through our website www.prices-candles.co.uk. If you have purchased a product and have a problem or complaint about the item please return it to the store you purchased from, with your receipt. We are unable to guarantee any store’s Returns or Refund Policy, or that they will reimburse or replace your item. We are unable to accept any returns not purchased directly from Price’s Candles.
